30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any included accessories and original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at everykindshop@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and explain any applicable return-shipping costs before you send the item back.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process an approved refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, an item is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please email everykindshop@outlook.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will help arrange the remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or a refund.
